To order a pdf copy of the abridged Red Book, please follow these steps:
Provide the full name of the person whose name will appear centered in the footer on each page of the pdf file. The footer will read From the Library of <name>.
Provide the e-mail address to which you want the (or each) pdf file to be sent. Note that large attachments to e-mails may need to be downloaded from a third provider at no cost.
Send a check for $20 per pdf as detailed in the second order confirmation e-mail you receive.
Work will commence on fulfilling your order at the time you receive the second order confirmation so that pdfs should be ready to send after your check arrives, assuming no exigencies. Checks will not be deposited until pdfs are e-mailed.
